Your key responsibilities would include:\nSupporting store team members with queries related to Indirect procurement leveraging available resources like applications, knowledge documents and Standard operating procedures\nContributing to Purchasing Chat bot program - You would need to partner with Capella and business teams to:Drive results through data analysis and identifying Chatbot enhancement opportunities, contribute to bot design and testing, share business context with the technical team during development stage\nLead bot performance monitoring and reporting of metrics to leadership team\nBuild partnership with Capella team and Store Operations team to resolve technical issues promptly and achieve increased bot adoption by stores\n\nLeading Indirect Category management - Demonstrate expertise across all Indirect categories and contribute to Category management program through:\nAnalysis of data related to indirect categories and identifying business requirement or trends;
