The role of an Offsite Warehouse Driver can provide you with theskills and experience of:\nGuest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store\n\nRetail business fundamentals,includingdepartment sales trends, inventory management, processefficiencyand improvement\n\nExecutingdaily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals\n\nAs an Offsite Warehouse Driver, no two daysare ever the same, but a typical day willmost likely includethe following responsibilities:\nCreate an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments:\n\nGreet:\n\n10ft: be friendly - smile, make eye contact, or wave\n\n4ft: greet the guest, smile andinitiatea warm, helpful interaction\n\nHelp guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience\n\nEnd every guest transaction with a sincere thank you\n\nActively support team efforts andassistpeers in other areas whilemaintaininga positive and respectful attitude\n\nAdjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience\n\nResponsible for the transportation, preparation,loadingand unloading ofproductto and from offsite in a safe and efficient manner.
