with data engineering and business teams.\n\nRequirements: \n10+ years of experience in BI/data engineering.\n5+ years of strong hands-on Power BI experience.\n3+ years in architecture / technical leadership.\nStrong DAX, Power Query, and SQL.\nHands-on experience with GCP and BigQuery.\nStrong LookML / Looker experience.\nExcellent knowledge of data modeling and star schema.\nExperience with Power BI performance optimization.\nExperience with cloud/BI migration projects.\nStrong understanding of security, governance, and production support.\nGood exposure to Git, CI/CD, and Python/automation.\nGood to Have: Dataflow / Datastream, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Composer / Airflow, dbt / Dataform, Snowflake / Databricks, Power BI REST API / XMLA, Paginated Reports.\nIdeal Candidate: A hands-on senior Power BI architect who can independently drive Power BI architecture, GCP/BigQuery migration, and LookML semantic modeling while leading technical decisions and mentoring
