management.\nParticipate in hiring and help build a strong engineering culture.\n\nRequirements: \n12-18 years of software engineering experience with 2+ years leading teams.\nStrong experience building scalable backend systems and modern web applications.\nExpertise in at least one backend language/framework (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go).\nStrong understanding of system design, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.\nExperience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.\nGood understanding of databases, caching, queues, and API architecture.\nAbility to balance speed, scalability, and engineering quality.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStartup experience is a strong plus.\n\nNice to Have: \nExperience building AI-enabled products or integrating LLM APIs.\nExposure to event-driven architecture and distributed systems.\nExperience in high-growth startup environments.\nOpen-source
