You will also be responsible for achieving the standard production rates and quality standards on the equipment used. In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:\nSetting up jobs and following all ticket instructions to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time.\nMaintaining or exceeding all quality standards and maintaining strict adherence to all operational, safety, and quality procedures.\nEntering all production data into our Monarch data collection system including the start and end time of the task assigned, the quantity of production produced, etc. as required.\nMaintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area.\nCompleting routine maintenance and troubleshooting/making simple repairs as necessary.\nProviding training to other team members as requested by supervisor.\nWorking with leader to provide feedback upstream to improve production.\nHelping in other work areas if needed to support business needs.\nCore responsibilities of this job are described within this job description.
