The TPS team has a wide range of responsibilities, including planning, press, fulfillment and distribution, enabling us to positively impact guest and team member experiences while embodying Target’s core values.\nAs a Senior Digital Press Operator, you will...\nSet up, operate, and clean digital press equipment to meet production targets and quality standards.\nOversee delivery operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely output.\nMaintain or exceed established quality benchmarks consistently.\nFollow all operational, safety, and quality protocols to ensure a safe and productive environment.\nAccurately record production data in the Monarch data collection system.\nPerform routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure equipment reliability is maintained.\nTrain team members as directed by the supervisor.\nCollaborate with leadership to provide feedback for process improvements.\nFlex across cost centers, as needed, to support business demands.\nOperate multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously.\nOperate a variety of digital printing equipment, including Xerox, Konica, HP Digital Press, flatbed printers, Hunkeler, Canon/Océ, and other finishing equipment.\nSupport the creation of high-quality printed materials for internal and external use.\nCore responsibilities of this job are described within this job description.
