This client + capability aligned structure will prioritize and deliver consistent, high-quality support across key capabilities for Target\nRole Overview\nThe Sr. L&D Business Partner serves as a strategic learning consultant to the business, identifying capability gaps and designing scalable learning solutions that drive behavior change and measurable business outcomes.
