The Search and Recommendations UX team designs experiences across Target’s digital touchpoints, including web, mobile web, and native apps. The team supports key shopping experiences such as Deals, Search Box, Product Listing Pages (PLP), and Wayfinding (External traffic), helping guests easily discover, navigate, and find the products and offers they need. In this role, you will contribute to creating intuitive, seamless, and engaging shopping experiences that improve product discovery and support Target’s business goals.\nAs a member of the team, you will contribute to advancing the broader practice of UX at Target through influence, impact, and craft, while also educating cross-functional teams when needed.
