Experience with fiscal devices, POS systems, payment terminals, cash registers, or other regulated transaction-processing environments will be highly valuable.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain fiscal core software for transaction-processing and fiscal devices.\n\n- Develop low-level, reliable, and secure software using C/C++.\n\n- Work with embedded platforms, hardware interfaces, and Hardware Abstraction Layers (HAL).\n\n- Implement and maintain fiscal state machines governing transaction and receipt lifecycle.\n\n- Develop functionality related to Fiscal Memory (MF) and Electronic Journal (JE).\n\n- Implement secure storage mechanisms for sensitive fiscal and transactional information.\n\n- Develop and maintain cryptographic mechanisms for data protection, authentication, integrity, and secure communication.\n\n- Implement transaction processing logic with strong emphasis on consistency, reliability, and fault tolerance.\n\n- Develop mechanisms for power-failure recovery, transaction recovery, and prevention of data corruption.\n\n- Implement and maintain protected Real-Time Clock (RTC) functionality and secure time management.\n\n- Develop mechanisms for tamper detection and tamper protection.\n\n- Implement secure software/firmware update mechanisms.\n\n- Work on certificate generation, provisioning, rotation, renewal, revocation, and overall certificate lifecycle management.\n\n- Ensure fiscal transactions and records remain secure, consistent, traceable, and compliant with applicable fiscalization requirements.\n\n- Develop and maintain functionality related to Z Reports, X Reports, fiscal receipts, and fiscal states.\n\n- Debug complex issues at the firmware, embedded software, operating system, and hardware-interface levels.\n\n- Perform root-cause analysis of production issues involving transaction integrity, memory, timing, security, and recovery.\n\n- Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, QA, security, and product teams.\n\n- Review technical designs and participate in architecture and code reviews.\n\n- Write unit tests, integration tests, and validation scenarios for critical fiscal functionality.\n\n- Optimize software for reliability, performance, memory usage, and resource-constrained environments.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation for fiscal workflows, state transitions, security mechanisms, and recovery procedures.\n\nCore Technical Skills :\n\n- Strong hands-on programming experience in C/C++.\n\n- Strong understanding of memory management, pointers, concurrency, multithreading, and resource management.\n\n- Java or Rust experience can be considered where relevant to the target fiscal environment.\n\n- Strong experience in embedded software development.\n\n- Understanding of microcontrollers, embedded operating systems, device drivers, and hardware interfaces.\n\n- Experience with Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) concepts.\n\n- Strong understanding of memory, CPU, storage, timing, and resource constraints.\n\n- Experience with low-level debugging and troubleshooting.\n\nCandidates should understand the concepts and workflows associated with :\n\n-
