This role involves hands-on work, precision cutting, and attention to detail, and requires regular overnight travel to job sites.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nAssist in field setup upon arrival at the job site\n\nAccurately handle and position aluminum stencils for inlaid field markings\n\nOperate straight edges and tools used in turf alignment and installation\n\nCut turf materials precisely using scissors and razor knives\n\nInstall field markings and logos by embedding them into hot glue\n\nInspect turf seams to ensure high-quality bonding and alignment\n\nMaintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project\n\nSupport the final job site walk-through to ensure installation quality\n\nPerform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager\n\nADDITIONAL DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS\nFollow all company safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor or Human Resources\n\nCollaborate with team members to support overall project goals\n\nParticipate in cross-functional duties and provide support to colleagues when needed\n\nEducation & Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED required\n\nPrevious experience in construction or field installation is preferred but not required\n\nAdditional Requirements:\nMust be at least 21 years of age\n\nMust be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate\n\nClean criminal background required\n\nMust pass pre-employment and random drug screenings\n\nStrong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to travel frequently\n\nBy joining us, you will be part of an international culture where you can expand your horizons, change the game and design the future of society.
