There are 4 operator levels that allow for additional pay increases based on cross training. And so much more.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nAbility to comply with existing safety standards\nAbility to troubleshoot and complete 5s audit\nAbility to load/unload rubber press\nAbility to perform work within Molding/Finishing department based on business needs\nAbility to inspect materials for defects, inconsistencies\nAbility to transport materials to next station in the manufacturing process (using tow motor if required)\nAbility to complete production tickets, downtime sheets\nAbility to maintain/continue green initiative\nAbility to work in a fast paced environment with frequent distractions\nLOOOKING FOR EXCITED CANDIDATES WHO: \nStand, walk for long hours during shift.\nPush objects up to 50lbs during a shift\nAdhere to strict safety and quality production standards\nReach, bend, lift, and push objects weighing 3-50 lbs. on a continuous basis for the duration of the shift.\nCarry/transport material\nSupport production with meeting weekly quotas\nHas great work ethics\nComfortable working in extreme temperatures\nWHAT IS IT LIKE WORKING WITH US?\nSafety is very critical to us so we provide all PPEs.\nIt can get really noisy at time.
