With teams spanning India and the US and over a decade of hands-on data consulting experience, they combine deep domain expertise with a hands-on, entrepreneurial culture.\n\nAbout the Role : \n\nWe're looking for a commercially sharp, entrepreneurial Project Manager to own client engagements end to end, not just delivery mechanics, but the financial health and long-term trajectory of the account. You'll be the person clients trust at both the operational and executive level, comfortable leading through ambiguity and complexity across distributed, multi-country teams (onsite, nearshore, offshore). This is an individual contributor role : you won't carry direct reports, but you'll lead and coach delivery teams day to day and be expected to grow into the kind of person other people follow.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nDelivery & Commercial Ownership : \n\n- Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs : planning, execution, tracking, RAID/risk management, and closure\n\n- Track revenue, cost, and margin throughout the engagement; manage timesheets, invoicing, and resource utilization\n\n- Apply Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) suited to the engagement\n\n- Provide regular delivery and financial reporting to leadership and clients\n\nClient Relationships & Account Health : \n\n- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at both operational and executive levels\n\n- Run governance meetings and QBRs; monitor account health across delivery, relationship, commercial, and strategic dimensions\n\n- Track client satisfaction and proactively resolve concerns before they escalate\n\n- Build advocacy through references, case studies, and testimonials where the engagement earns it\n\nAccount Growth : \n\n- Identify opportunities to expand engagements, including SoW extensions and evolving arrangements from T&M to Fixed Price to Managed Services\n\n- Feed delivery insight, estimates, and solution input into new proposals, working alongside Sales and practice leaders\n\nTeam Leadership & Practice Building : \n\n- Lead and coach cross-functional delivery teams (business analysts, implementation consultants, architects) without formal people-management ownership\n\n- Contribute to reusable delivery assets, templates, and accelerators, and help raise delivery standards across the wider team\n\nWhat We're Looking For : \n\n- 6 - 12 years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years specifically in Project or Program Management\n\n- Proven experience managing complex technology, data, or digital transformation programs, including direct client-facing delivery\n\n- Hands-on experience with project estimation, financial forecasting, margin management, resource planning, and change control\n\n- Experience leading distributed or multi-country delivery teams\n\n- Strong commercial understanding across T&M, Fixed Price, and Managed Services / Outcome-based models\n\n- Comfortable leading through ambiguity, with strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills\n\n- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required; CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP is a plus\n\n- Prior experience with Syndigo, PIM, MDM, or data programs is a strong plus, though not mandatory\n\n- An MBA (Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute) is a good-to-have, not a requirement\nSkills\nProject Management, IT Project Delivery, Delivery Management, PMP, Prince2, Agile, Project Methodologies, Scrum, Kanban","description_format":"text","description_chars":3804,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":6,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Artificial Intelligence","Coaching & Mentoring","Career Services"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-25T22:00:00Z"}],"liveness":{"score":32,"band":"fade","label":"Fading","p_open":0.85,"p_active":0.693,"p_room":0.55,"age_days":24,"expected_fill_days":24,"reasons":["seen:24","win:tail"],"computed_at":"2026-09-28T05:45:00Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":26205,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/tarlan-project-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/tarlan-project-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-28T06:32:20Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":4551,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":449,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-09-29T00:00:00Z"}}}
