Provides advanced administrative support and assistance for departments located in the Texan Hub Suite at Tarleton State Fort Worth, including Advising, Financial Aid, Registrar, Career & Professional Success, and others who provide student services. Exercises initiative and judgment in supporting administrators and staff with general administrative tasks and data reports, process improvement, and collaborative activities. Works cooperatively with other university personnel and guests when needed. Assists students, greets visitors, provides wayfinding, answers telephone, and routes mail as applicable. Performs specialized tasks requiring proficiency in the use of computer software and student data analysis platforms. Serves as a Campus Security Authority (CSA).\nThis position is on-site at the Tarleton State University Fort Worth campus. Work hours are Mon-Fri; 8 AM-5 PM or as work requirements or alternative scheduling indicate.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nCoordinates schedules and appointments for the Division of External Operations and Tarleton State Fort Worth Texan Hub personnel.\nCreates programs and initiatives to increase awareness of the Texan Hub and student support services.\nProvides procedural support for Tarleton State Fort Worth first-year, transfer, graduate, and prospective students.\nProvides EAB Navigate and other Enterprise Management systems support for Tarleton State Fort Worth.\nConducts basic analysis of student data from EAB & Banner, creates and executes targeted messaging and outreach campaigns, and supports registration, retention, and completion efforts.\nOrganizes, plans, and hosts Graduation Fairs each semester in collaboration with multiple departments and campus partners.\nCoordinates and manages graduation ticket distribution for Fort Worth campus graduates according to the guidelines provided for commencement ceremonies.\nProvides pre-advising support by ensuring current and prospective students have necessary information such as transcripts and other forms prior to visits.\nGreets campus visitors and provides Texan Hub support at Fort Worth, Tarrant County College, Texas A&M-Fort Worth, and Waco, including pop-up events and trainings as needed.\nAnswers routed campus telephone calls and email inquiries.\nProvides coordination and support for External Operations events, programs, and other campus-wide initiatives.\nProvides administrative support and assistance for departments located in the Texan Hub, including Advising, Financial Aid, Registrar, Career & Professional Success, and others who provide services to students on the Fort Worth campus and affiliated sites;\nExercises initiative and judgment in supporting administrators and staff with general administrative tasks and activities; Schedules student appointments with respective departments.\nInventories office supplies for the Texan Hub and forwards needs list to appropriate individuals; Stocks and stores incoming supplies; Maintains a neat and orderly office environment.\nLeads process improvements and resource creation, including guides and web content for students navigating systems like myGateway and DuckTrax.\nPerforms other departmental duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications\nRequired Education and Experience:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nThree years of related experience.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nKnowledge of general office practices and procedures.\nDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
