Through the usage of quantitative techniques you will extract, analyze, and create visualizations of data for the management team in order to support them in making key decisions.\nDuties and responsibilities\nSupport leadership in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators\n\nExtract, analyze and and report findings from a wide range of data sources, including SQL databases, Google Analytics, product analysis tools (i.e.PostHog Heap), and other sources of large-scale data\n\nPerform basic statistical and causal analysis, including understanding the results of A/B tests and longitudinal changes\n\nAssist in streamlining internal reporting to help inform business decisions and show real-time business performance\n\nMaintain, build and manipulate forecasting models for scenario planning and ROI analyses\n\nCoordinate with stakeholders to define problems and design analytical solutions\n\nEngage in ad hoc analyses to obtain answers to key questions as they arise\n\nTechnical Qualifications\n1+ years of proven experience in a statistics, data analysis, business analysis, or data engineering role\n\nAble to write and understand SQL, preferably with the knowledge of BigQuery\n\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets\n\nPractical experience generating business related analytical reports\n\nUnderstanding of data visualization and ability to create graphs that communicate key information quickly with visualization tools such as Excel, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI\n\nProven analytical abilities with strong numerical intuition and root cause identification skills\n\nExcellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field (especially Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science)\nSoft skills\nFlexible and adaptable\n\nAn excellent written and verbal communicator, with great interpersonal and presentation skills\n\nA self-starter, willing to take the initiative to learn new skills and constantly increase knowledge\n\nAble to collaborate with people effectively and efficiently\n\nAble to organize workflow independently and meet deadlines\n\nHave an eagerness to learn and excel\n\nAbility to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing
