This role sits at the heart of our menu operations, ensuring that our restaurant partners’ menus are accurate, detailed, and always ready to support seamless order-taking experiences for both customers and voice platform agents.\nThe Product Implementation team is responsible for maintaining menu quality, accuracy, and usability across our products. As a Bilingual Specialist, you will ensure that menu content is consistently precise, empathetic to customer needs, and optimized for our technology - all while supporting both English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.\nWhat You’ll Accomplish:\nEnsure concise and accurate menu content that supports clients, agents, and customers.\n\nRapidly learn and master complex tools and workflows to support menu operations.\n\nAdapt to fast-changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.\n\nCollaborate with peers, managers, and cross-functional teams to share insights, problem-solve, and achieve shared goals.\n\nIdentify root causes of menu-related issues and implement the most efficient solutions.\n\nMaintain meticulous attention to detail and accuracy when handling large datasets.\n\nApproach tasks with empathy, recognizing the direct impact on voice agents, clients, and end customers.\n\nProvide bilingual (Mandarin & English) support in communication, documentation, and escalations.\n\nAbout You:\nYou are a fast learner, capable of mastering complex processes and tools in a short amount of time.\n\nYou thrive in fast-paced environments, remaining focused and productive under pressure.\n\nYou’re a collaborative team player who values feedback and contributes to shared success.\n\nYou have strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.\n\nYou’re detail-oriented, data-driven, and committed to producing high-quality, error-free work.\n\nYou bring empathy to your work, always considering the impact on teammates and clients.\n\nYou have advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and can confidently handle data-related tasks.\n\nYou are comfortable using CRM/case management tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom.\n\nYou type quickly and accurately (50+ WPM, 95% accuracy).\n\nYou are bilingual in Mandarin and English, with strong literacy in both languages.\n\nBonus Points:\nExperience in a tech support role or with case management tools.\n\nExperience in product/program implementation or process setup for stakeholders.\n\nPrior experience in the restaurant industry or working in a startup environment.\n\nLeadership or mentoring experience in guiding others toward shared goals.\n\nTarro is committed to building the best team to empower small businesses to thrive.
