If so, we'd love to hear from you!\nEvents Coordinator (Contract)\ntarte cosmetics is seeking a coordinator who will be responsible for executing & planning all marketing events. This role will work cross functionally with PR, influencer, marketing & creative teams to coordinate key activations. Candidates must have experience in large & small scale event planning, & possess the ability to prioritize & thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a 6-month contract position targeting 40 hours per week.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for all event planning logistics including but not limited to coordinating travel, venues, sourcing vendors, shipping products, on-site problem-solving, etc.\nDrive project timelines to stay organized & meet all deadlines\nManage creative execution of events including creation of branded collateral, décor & on-site setup\nBrainstorm & source creative activations, vendors & activities for events\nSeek out & facilitate collaboration with like-minded brands for event collaboration & gifting opportunities\nNegotiate contracts & pricing as needed\nWork cross-functionally to coordinate guest lists & invitations\nMain point of contact on-site for all events\nManage & work within department budget\nSupport HR & other cross-functional departments as needed for internal/corporate events\nManage 1-2 interns per semester\nRequirements:\nBachelor's Degree required\n2+ years' experience in event planning\nExperience with media &/or influencer events a plus\nStrong written & verbal communication skills\nExceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, & ability to multi-task\nAbility to be flexible & experience troubleshooting problems in real time\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint\nFrequent travel & evening/weekend responsibilities during
