You'll be the operational point person between the retailer and our Sales, Planning, Distribution Center, Logistics, and Regulatory teams, turning forecasts into on-time, compliant deliveries and keeping each account growing and profitable.\nThe right person brings hands-on experience from a beauty or consumer brand, or from the retailer side, and knows how retail supply chain decisions show up on the shelf. You're proactive, you move fast when priorities shift, and you'd rather fix a process than work around it.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage life cycle of sales orders from forecast to delivery (OTS, EDI, order entry & booking, etc.).\nServe as the operational partner to your retail accounts, sharing product information, inventory availability, and fulfillment plans built around each retailer's needs.\nPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Planning to align supply and channel allocation for launches, seasonal sets, and promotional windows.\nMonitor account performance (fill rate, on-time delivery, compliance) and flag risks and opportunities before they become problems.\nProvide daily, weekly and monthly updates regarding order status to Sales, Customer and Management.\nActively engage with international field teams and regional managers to gather on-the-ground insights about customer preferences, competitive dynamics, and market-specific challenges.\nCoordinate with international retail partners to schedule pick-ups and ensure timely delivery and collaborate with Global Logistics & Regulatory teams to complete all compliance and shipping documentation.\nEnsure account contractual obligations are met through problem solving and analytical skills, and trouble shoot orders as appropriate and elevate issues through proper channels as they arise.\nResearch and resolve claims, returns, and chargebacks in a timely manner by working with appropriate departments.\nFind and drive process improvements across order management and fulfillment.\nRequirements\n1-3 years of experience in retail operations, wholesale operations, sales operations, or supply chain at a brand or retailer; beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods preferred.\nWorking knowledge of retail order management, EDI, allocation, and retailer compliance requirements.\nExperience with Microsoft Navision or another ERP system.\nStrong Excel and data skills;
