You will work directly with marketing, photography and the content team. The role entails high attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines while exhibiting strong editing skills.\nResponsibilities:\nHelp establish brand identity and consistency through video and graphic styling - fonts, layout, etc.\nFilm & edit organic social content as well as highly produced editorial cross platform videos to be used globally\nOpportunity to create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, IG stories, YouTube & more\nShoot video footage for marketing needs - website & social \nCollaborate with the team to create content workflows from concept to production\nAssist in file organization and sharing across teams and stakeholders\nProactively share new graphic concepts/ideas \nJoin weekly meetings to review video priorities & deadlines\nWork closely with social/content teams for more produced social videos\nCreate educational & high-quality\nFully equipped video studio in our NYC HQ\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree\nMinimum 3-5+ year's experience in videography and video editing\nProficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, with special emphasis in Premiere and After Effects\nExperience in finding and collecting relevant archival footage and material\nExperience working with equipment for off-site photoshoots, such as a drone, GoPro, or similar.\nExperience editing for social content using CapCut or similar\nCreative drive to explore brand new approaches to video storytelling such as 3D renderings/animations or AI for product photos/videos.\nExcellent time management skills\nExceptional attention to detail, grammar, and logical story construction with an eye for visual communication\nStrong written and visual communication skills and the ability to collaborate across various departments\nSelf-starter with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills\nAbility to multi-task and meet tight deadlines while still paying attention to details and executing flawlessly\nMust have experience leveraging AI-powered tools (chatgpt, Adobe AI, Gemini, perplexity, replit, sora, etc) and innovation.
