Over time, success means making critical parts of the company more scalable, more organized, and less dependent on founder involvement. You instinctively seek leverage, continuously experiment with emerging technologies, and build systems that redefine what a small but empowered team can accomplish.\nResponsibilities\nExecute across a wide range of high-impact areas, including operations, finance, recruiting, and internal tools.\nSupport the founders in executing quarterly and yearly objectives by maintaining operating rhythms, surfacing concerns, and helping functional leaders course-correct as needed.\nWork directly with the founders, receive high-level direction on priorities, and maintain ownership of execution.\nHelp founders delegate operational responsibilities by building clear systems and documentation.\nConduct research and make recommendations.\nDesign systems and processes that increase team efficiency, communication, and knowledge sharing.\nScreen inbound applicants and proactively build networks to seek out high-value candidates.\nChampion adoption of internal company tools and processes.\nQualifications\nStrong ability to take ownership of projects, break down ambiguous problems, and drive execution with limited guidance.\nDemonstrated track record of applying good judgment when given autonomy and ownership.\nSystems thinker with strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.\nConsistently seeks opportunities to use AI, emerging technologies, automation, and software to increase leverage and eliminate manual work.\nComfortable with daily responsibilities constantly changing.\nDemonstrated pursuit of excellence, regardless of field.
