Role Overview :
As an AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of architecting and deploying sophisticated machine learning models that solve complex business challenges. Your day-to-day involves translating ambiguous problem statements into scalable AI solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineering leads to integrate intelligence into our core product ecosystem. By leveraging cutting-edge research in Generative AI and deep learning, you will directly influence product performance, enhance user personalization, and drive significant operational efficiency, ultimately shaping the technological roadmap of our organization across our Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Pune hubs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines to automate decision-making processes, ensuring high-accuracy outcomes for our global client base.
- Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models and Generative AI applications to improve user engagement and streamline internal workflows.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data ingestion and feature engineering processes, ensuring robust model performance in production environments.
- Translate complex technical insights into actionable business strategies for stakeholders, bridging the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence by conducting rigorous code reviews and promoting best practices in model deployment.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying production-grade models using Tensorflow and PyTorch, with a deep understanding of neural network architectures.
- Proven ability to apply advanced Data Science and Machine Learning techniques to solve unstructured problems, backed by 4 - 12 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and cloud-based AI infrastructure, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional project outcomes.
- A collaborative mindset that thrives in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating the adaptability to work effectively across our distributed teams in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune.
- An educational background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, complemented by a track record of continuous learning in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
