The ideal candidate has a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for TaskUs. The Analyst will work closely with the Data and Insights Analytics Manager to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. He will use advanced data modeling, predictive modeling and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes.\nAs a Analyst, People Solutions, you will:\nSupport cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.\n\nSupport the build, development and maintenance of data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.\n\nSupport analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyze people operations data from Workday, ensuring that deadlines are met.\n\nIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to offer insights into potential strategies to enhance our people operations processes further.\n\nCommunicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives for People Operations to stakeholders in the company.\n\nEnsure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.\n\nDo you have what it takes to become a Analyst, People Solutions?\nRequirements:\nWorking knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources\n\nHas background in People Operations/Human Resources Reporting\n\nKnowledgeable in Power BI\n\nUnderstanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units\n\nStrong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities\n\nExcellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills\n\nHow We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
