Join our team today and experience firsthand our dedication to supporting People First.\nJob Description\nRole Description\nAs a BI Analyst you will play a critical role as a strategic advisor to business functions and leaders\nacross the company. We are looking for someone to provide business leaders with key insights and\nrecommendations and surface both successes and opportunities for improvement. This will require\nyou to use data, create and define metrics, measure performance, develop reports, build models,\nforecast outcomes, run experiments, and perform deep diagnostic analysis.\nThis role requires both strong technical data skills and business acumen.\nResponsibilities\n Analyze data, build models, test hypotheses, find root causes, develop prototypes, forecast\nperformance, create Power Bi reports, and write SQL scripts.\n Extract insights from these data activities to inform business decisions.\n Use descriptive (what happened) and diagnostic (why did it happen) analytics to develop\nspecific, actionable recommendations for business leaders.\n Define metrics that are independent, holistic, accurate, encourage the right behaviors, and\nare aligned with company strategy and objectives.\n Manage relationships and small projects with cross-functional stakeholders.\n Map business processes to their corresponding data flows.\n Proactively identify and surface opportunities to improve efficiency for Operation and\nInternally as well.\nRequirements\n 3+ years of experience in data science, data analysis, analytics, business intelligence, or\nreporting.\n Extremely proficient in SQL; experience with R, Python is a plus.\n 2+ years’ Experience with PowerBI.\n Experience in doing exploratory data analysis, prototyping, testing hypotheses, performing\nroot cause analyses, modeling business processes, building forecasts, creating predictive\nmodels, defining metrics, and/or measuring business performance.\n Track record of linking data and analytics to business strategy and operations to drive real\nimpact.\n Working knowledge of probability and statistics.\n Experience with process improvement is a plus.\n Team player who builds strong relationships and establishes trust with business leaders,\nEngineers, and colleagues.\n Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex\nissues in a simple and intuitive way.\n Strong professional skepticism, including the ability to challenge assumptions, communicate\nlimitations, and flag blind spots.\n Work collaboratively and independently; take ownership of quality, accuracy, and timeliness\nof deliverables.\nHow We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
