Join our team today and experience firsthand our dedication to supporting People First.\nWhat can you expect in a Business Insights Analyst role with TaskUs:\nFocus: Strategic influence, mentorship, and high-level stakeholder management.\nStrategic Storytelling: Architect data-driven narratives that translate complex datasets into high-level business stories, directly influencing executive strategy and pivoting organizational tactics.\nDecision Support Leadership: Oversee the synthesis of complex data into actionable frameworks, ensuring insights are prioritized based on their potential for business impact.\nStakeholder Synthesis: Serve as the primary consultant to business partners, translating technical analytical findings into executive-ready next steps and strategic roadmaps.\nReporting Strategy & Oversight: Define the roadmap for ad-hoc and automated reporting, ensuring all outputs align with core business KPIs and long-term objectives.\nCross-Functional Orchestration: Lead collaborations with Data Visualization and Engineering teams to build scalable, repeatable reporting ecosystems that maintain high standards of data hygiene and trend discovery.\nTechnical Liaison: Bridge the gap between technical teams and business units by translating high-level business requirements into robust technical specifications and vice versa.\nInsight Governance: Direct the integration of disparate data sources and the development of strategic assumptions to identify untapped market opportunities and business risks.\nMust-Have Core Competencies:\nStatistical Modeling & Analysis: Ability to run rigorous statistical analysis on labeling outputs and determine the exact testing or sampling needed to improve the classifiers.\nIntermediate SQL: Ability to independently query and extract raw labeling data to serve as the source of our dashboards and reports.\nData Visualization: Proficiency in tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to translate complex statistical findings into clear, actionable dashboards.\nExperience in handling AI related projects\n AI/ML Background | Foundational ML / NLP Evaluation: Understanding of core machine learning metrics (Precision, Recall, F1 scores, etc.) to properly evaluate classifier performance and familiarity with the technical concepts and language.\nOptional Skills:\nA/B Testing Framework Design: Experience setting up control groups for process changes.\nRoot Cause Analysis: Ability to transition the role from simply reporting numbers to identifying the cause of errors.\nEducation / Certifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT / Computer-related course.\nWork Arrangement:\n100% onsite\nNight Shift\nSite: Imus, Cavite or Ortigas\nAmenable to start ASAP\nHow We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
