Join our team today and experience firsthand our dedication to supporting People First.\nWhat can you expect in a “EUC Solutions Architect ” role with TaskUs:\nAs the End User Computing (EUC) Solutions Architect you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-user computing solutions that align with the company's business objectives. This role focuses on enhancing the digital workplace experience by architecting scalable, secure, and efficient end-user computing environments, including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), endpoint management, cloud-based solutions, and automation. The EUC Solution Architect collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensuring the best technology solutions for a BPO environment with a high volume of users.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEUC Strategy & Architecture Design\nDevelop and implement an End User Computing (EUC) strategy aligned with business needs.\n\nDesign and architect solutions for desktop virtualization, endpoint management, mobile device management (MDM), and remote access solutions.\n\nDefine and optimize enterprise desktop and application delivery solutions, including Microsoft Intune, Citrix, VMware Horizon, and AWS WorkSpaces.\n\nEvaluate and integrate Cloud PC, Desktop as a Service (DaaS), and hybrid workspace solutions.\n\nInfrastructure & Endpoint Management\nDesign and oversee device lifecycle management, including provisioning, security, compliance, and automation.\n\nDefine standards and policies for Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices across the organization.\n\nImplement and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).\n\nDevelop automated deployment strategies using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune) and Group Policy (GPO).\n\nSecurity & Compliance\nEnsure end-user computing solutions comply with industry security and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).\n\nImplement zero-trust security models, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and data loss prevention (DLP).\n\nDevelop patch management and vulnerability remediation strategies for all endpoint devices.\n\nCollaboration & Innovation\nWork closely with IT, cybersecurity, and operations teams to enhance the digital workplace.\n\nRecommend and implement AI-driven automation, self-service IT tools, and virtual assistants for IT support.\n\nResearch and introduce emerging EUC technologies, ensuring scalability and future readiness.\n\nTroubleshooting & Continuous Improvement\nAct as an escalation point for complex EUC-related issues in a high-demand BPO environment.\n\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices.\n\nLead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives for new end-user computing technologies.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n15 years of overall experience\n3to 4 years EUC Architectureexperience\nUnderstand the products: Workspace One/Entra ID/Intune/Tanium/Windows11 OS SME/End User Hardware Products Dell/HP/Lenovo\nCloud experience is not mandatory\nExpert in ITIL, incidentandchange management\nEducation / Certifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field\n\nHow We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
