Join our team today and experience firsthand our dedication to supporting People First.\nAs a Profitability Enabler , you will:\nProvide data-driven guidance to leaders on company's financial performance, major investments and new growth opportunities\n\nBe an integral part of the annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, strategic planning, and variance analysis processes\n\nDevelop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives;\n\nCo-ordinate with Operations, Client Services and Workforce and key management in identifying and driving ways to improve profitability.\n\nDevelop and implement strategies and policies to enable the company to meet its financial goals\n\nDrive implementation of process improvements involving cross functions to enable efficient and effective end-to-end process\n\nPartner with Accounting/Reporting to support continuous enhancement of the monthly reporting processes\n\nEvaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with budget and forecast\n\nPreparation, reporting and providing insights on financial performance to management\n\nGuide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures\n\nTracking and reporting of operational metrics that impacts profitability. Provide visibility of financial impact of operations metrics.\n\nData collection, report design, creation and dissemination of relevant reports to management\n\nCollate, analyze and interpret financial data\n\nAd-hoc reporting and analysis\n\nDo you have what it takes to become a Profitability Enabler?\nRequirements:\nBPO Financial planning experience is mandatory\n\nHands-on experience in preparation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS on various financial (budgeting/forecasting/financial analysis etc) and / or Non-Financial parameters.\n\nAutomation know-how, proficiency in advanced MS Excel / VBA / Access, Google Sheets, Power BI.\n\nStrong working knowledge in Data Process Monitoring Tool and visualization Tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.\n\nCandidates must be from BPO background and 5+ years (MIS / WFM / Business Analytics / Business Intelligence / FP&A / Power BI Developer) of working experience with Management reporting and business analysis.\n\nEffective interpersonal skills and should have strong communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple Requirements and meet tight timelines in a dynamic environment.\n\nPrior experience in P&L, Revenue Reporting, understanding of Financial metricswould be an added advantage.\n\nDrive standardization and automation through reports and maximize efficiency and accuracy.\n\nCandidates who are comfortable with individual contributions as well as working with Team and capable of handling both aspects of the role.\n\nHow We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
