Think of yourself as the primary person who will be in charge of taking care of the employees.\nImagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you want to make a change. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will be in charge of Employee or Labor Relations.\nAs an HR Supervisor, you will:\nHandles due process documents and proceedings such as admin hearings, and the like\n\nConducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.\n\nPerforms routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.\n\nHandles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.\n\nAttends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.\n\nMaintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.\n\nMaintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management,\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nSo, do you have what it takes to become an HR Supervisor?\nRequirements:\nAt least 1-2 years of experience (BPO experience is preferred on a generalist or supervisory level).\n\nExperience in leading employee engagement.\n\nStrong background in employee engagement/labor relations\n\nStrong organizational skills, project management skills, and analytical skills.\n\nCan lead a cross-functional team, work independently, and someone who's willing to work on night shift or a rotating schedule\n\nHow We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
