This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data integrity and functional reliability.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSystem Implementation: Assist in the deployment of Workday modules, ensuring configurations align with business requirements and industry best practices.\nProvide guidance on maintaining security roles and permissions.\n\nPerform User Acceptance Tests based on Technical documentations and coordinate results between developers and business\n\nCollaborate with technical teams to build and maintain integrations with other systems (e.g., Finance, IT, Payroll and HRIS).\n\nTest and troubleshoot change requests and assists on integration projects to ensure seamless data flow.\n\nSupport the transition to new systems or processes.\n\nCreate user guides and process documentation for future reference.\n\nCreate functional reference documents.\n\nRequirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.\nReview functionalities based on community and industry best practices\n\nConfigure Workday modules based on business requirements.\n\nAssist in managing change initiatives, including communication strategies and stakeholder engagement.\n\nWork closely with HR, finance, and IT departments to align Workday capabilities with organizational goals.\n\nParticipate in project meetings and provide insights on system functionality and best practices.\n\nData Analysis: Analyze and validate data within the Workday system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all modules.\nExtend consultative support to Tier 1 Support teams in terms of strategies and solutions on how the team can move forward with their complex concerns and requirements e.g. Data Governance, EDM, Recruiting etc..\n\nExtend assistance in defining evidence requirements for SOX, SOC2, ITGC and other company controls\n\nTroubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues, providing support to users and acting as a liaison between IT and business teams.\nCovers both Ticket based, Meeting based and Project based troubleshooting assistance.\n\nUser Training: Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.\n\nReporting and Analytics: Provide guidance on reports and dashboards within Workday to support decision-making and track key performance indicators.\nTier 2 for Data Governance team\n\nProcess Improvement: Recommend process enhancements based on system capabilities and user feedback to improve workflows and efficiency.\nAnalyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.\n\nDocument business process flows and requirements.\n\nDocumentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n2 to 3 Years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Workday or similar HRIS/ERP systems.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration.\n\nExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail\n\nProficient in data analysis and reporting tools.\n\nStrong working knowledge of Workday\n\nExperience in Workday components such as Core HCM, Onboarding, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits, Talent/Performance, and Advanced Compensation.\n\nStrong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\n\nAbility to manage small projects independently\n\nDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, and prioritize requests\n\nAdapt well to change\n\nAbility to manage confidential information with discretion.\n\nHow We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
