Join our team today and experience firsthand our dedication to supporting People First.\nThe HRIS Specialist will play a crucial supporting role within the Business Analysis team, focused primarily on UAT, feasibility checking, impact analysis, documentation, and research to ensure smooth operations and functional reliability of our tools and processes.\nThis position offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the fundamentals of business analysis, system support, and operational efficiency within a corporate environment. The intern will assist Business Analysts (BAs) in managing workflows, maintaining critical resources, and contributing to ongoing projects.\nWork across the various Essex Workday Modules: HCM (Benefits, Compensation), Advanced Compensation, Performance & Talent, Time Tracking, Absence, Workday Adaptive, Recruiting, and Learning.\nParticipate on bi-annual Workday Feature Release Testing and Documentation\nPartner closely with HRIS team, business, and support teams to understand system end-user needs and provide recommendations\nAssist in rollout and implementation of HR programs.\nDocuments requirements, processes, solution recommendations, test plans, and change management impacts.\nRespond to employee, manager, and HR team requests and escalate issues as appropriate\nAnalyzes, troubleshoots and helps resolve HRIS issues in a timely manner.\nContinuously increases knowledge in HR technology by serving as an expert on functional capabilities, staying informed on product capabilities and trends, and interacting with vendor communities.\nCoordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met\nAssist project team during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance signoff\nMay guide and/or assist with other Human Resources Information Systems projects as assigned.\nHow We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
