You are also able to balance the needs of your customers against\noperational targets while at the same time providing world-class service and satisfaction.\nMeet with Subject Matter Experts to conduct Front End Analysis/ Content Analyses and document content-specific knowledge to support training development\nDevelop SMART Learning Objectives\nDesign and develop all training content and curriculum (instructor slides, handbooks, scripts, storyboards, web-based training decks, interactivity modules, quizzes, learning pathways, etc.)\nCreate assessments per the defined assessment strategy\nEdit and develop video content using software such as Premier, Camtasia, etc.\nReview and edit training content created by other team members for Quality Assurance\nConsult learning partners on adult learning best practices\nReceive and give continuous feedback to optimize team efficiency\nScheduling and building out the monthly calendar Required skills/Qualifications\nBA/BS degree in education, Learning theory, Instructional design, and/or related discipline field or equivalent practical 10 yrs experience in lieu of degree.\n3+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering learning using multiple media.\nSome experience using e-learning tools and software (i.e. Articulate, Captivate, Evolve) to create training content\nStrong organizational skills.\nExperience with documentation, technical writing, and narrative scripting.\nTolerance and enthusiasm for working with ambiguity and change.\nExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite for graphic and animation development.\nProven excellence in developing fully ADA Compliant training deliverables.\n Nice to have\nUX/UI experience\nHands-on experience with technical topics or environments (e.g. computers, programming, networking, front-end development, etc.).\nExperience migrating training courses into Intellum or other LMS\nExperience in corporate education\n(L4) Learning Management System - Intellum Exceed LMS\n(L4) SQL queries and visualization of key performance metrics\nExperience with Google suite , Buganizer, and QA\nAbout Us\nWe are a collective of highly capable humans, who understand how to deploy technology and data to\nbest serve your purpose.
