You are also able to balance the needs of your customers against operational targets while at the same time providing world-class service and satisfaction.\nRole Accountability and Performance Requirements\nResponsibilities:\nMeet with Subject-Matter Experts to conduct Front End Analysis/Task Analyses and document content-specific knowledge to support training development\nDetermine the level of effort required for all aspects of development \nDesign and develop all training content (instructor slides, handbooks, scripts, storyboards, web-based training decks, interactivity modules, quizzes, activities, etc.)\nCreate assessments per the defined assessment strategy\nSupports facilitation of answer validation sessions for fully defensible and aligned assessments as directed by the Training Program Manager\nReview training content created by other team members\nAssist with onboarding and upskilling new Learning Experience Consultants \nDevelop SMART Learning Objectives\nPeer to Peer mentorship and upskilling\nRole Requirements\nRequired and Preferred Qualifications Below:\nMust haves:\nBA/BS degree in Learning Development, Instructional Design, Education, or equivalent practical experience.\nAt least 5 years of Instructional Design/ Curriculum development experience.\nAt least 3 years of experience reviewing the work of others for quality and consistency.\nAt least 2 years proven excellence in developing fully ADA-compliant training deliverables.\nAt least 2 years experience using e-learning tools (i.e. Articulate, Captivate) to create training content.\nExperience working with fast-paced cutting-edge technologies\nStrong organizational skills.\nExperience with documentation, technical writing, and narrative scripting.\nTolerance and enthusiasm for working with ambiguity and change.\nExperience with e-learning authoring software; i.e. Articulate storyline, Evolve for course development.\nExperience in corporate education\nNice to haves:\nExperience identifying training needs, defining, and building scalable training solutions to address the needs of a diverse international audience.\nExperience migrating training courses into Cornerstone or other LMS.\nSolid experience planning for and managing several large-scale, complex training projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to deliver quality training materials within deadlines; excellent relationship-building, collaboration, consultation, and influencing skills.\nA team player with a positive attitude; excellent written and oral business communication and people skills.\nVideo editing such as Premiere, Finalcut, Camtasia, etc.\nLearning Management System - Cornerstone LMS.\nSQL queries and visualization of key performance metrics.\nGoogle Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, Buganizer, Guts in assessments, support, and QA.\nHow We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
