They will also lead and mentor a team of Learning Experience Designers (LXD) to deliver learner-centered training solutions.\nSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe LXS Program Manager/E-Learning Manager’s key tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:\nLEARNING PROGRAM MANAGEMENT (40%):\nLead the client/stakeholder relationship\n\nImplement learning programs based on identified learning needs\n\nManage budget and spend related to training or content development\n\nGenerate or contribute to business reviews/reports\n\nAnalyze data through dashboards or trackers to inform or create planned initiatives as needed\n\nINSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN MANAGEMENT (40%):\nOversee the end-to-end development of instructional design projects:\nAnalyzing learning needs\n\nDetermining required skills and competency levels\n\nIdentifying training objectives and performance targets\n\nDefining instructional design strategy\n\nScoping/outlining training content\n\nBuilding training curriculum/lesson plan\n\nEvaluating learning effectiveness\n\nDiscover and implement techniques to drive online learning adoption and content usage.\n\nContinuously update and improve knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to instructional design, adult education, and training evaluation.\n\nTEAM MANAGEMENT (20%):\nHire, train, mentor and evaluate staff to ensure seamless execution of instructional design initiatives.\n\nThe success of the LXS Program Manager will be measured through:\nImplementing training programs that reflect a learner-centered teaching philosophy\n\nMaintaining client relationships\n\nGenerating or contributing to regular reports or business reviews\n\nDisclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position. All requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate qualified individuals with a disability.\nEDUCATION\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Instructional Design or closely related degree.\nWORK EXPERIENCE\n3-5 years designing learner-centered training programs and developing related training materials\n\n3-5 years conducting learning needs analyses to identify situations addressable by training solutions\n\nWorking knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation principles and practices\n\nDrafting measurable training goals and learning objectives (in all three learning domains)\n\nDeveloping appropriate learning assessment strategies and instruments\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\nTechnology literate; can easily work with new software (e.g., media development tools, office suite, and other web applications)\n\nUnderstanding of functionalities of courseware authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline)\n\nExperience with E-Learning design principles, practices, and platforms (LMS)\n\nOTHER SKILLS\nDemonstrated ability to make decisions by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives and propose quality solutions\n\nDemonstrated ability to communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, verbally and in writing\n\nDemonstrated ability to interact with peers, management and other departments in a professional manner\n\nMust be able to foster a positive and productive work environment, with ability to lead, build teams, and motivate staff\n\nStrong organizational and interpersonal management skills\n\nAbility to manage time effectively and efficiently\n\nSelf-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail\n\nHow We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
