Think of yourself as one of the leaders of the department, so not just anyone is qualified for this role! As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: oversee and direct the activities of a number of campaigns along with all Operations Managers, Team Leaders and Staff assigned to these programs.\nAs Director of Operations, you will:\nBe responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities and must be able to multitask with ease and proficiency. \nBe responsible for regular and often daily interactions with all the company departments/campaign team leaders and the whole management team. \nMaintain an open line of communication between staff and senior management. \nManage and staff the operations assigned. \nBe responsible for all aspects of operations which include but are not limited to monitoring operations staffing, provide temporary coverage and training; provision of excellent clientele service, problem resolution and the like. \nDevelop individual and team goals and implement plans to carry out objectives. \nGuide the Operations Managers in meeting all team & individual goals. \nEnsure compliance with all established policies and procedures. \nAssist the Senior Director of Operations /Vice President of Operations in crafting operations procedures.\nRequirements:\nAt least 3 years of experience in the related field preferably Director or VP level specializing in BPO.\nStrong computer skills especially in using Google Suite applications. \nProven track record of meeting, delivering and exceeding targets. \nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nMust be able to build productive business relationships with clients and must have strong organizational, analytical and managerial skills.
