As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: to process and deliver all the purchase requests based on the ethical procurement standards.\nDo you have what it takes to become a Procurement Officer?\nAs a Procurement Officer, you will:\nBe in charge of vendor accreditation and management.\n\nConduct RFI, RFQ, and RFP\n\nBe in charge of the commercial term negotiation in terms of price, payment terms, and more.\n\nEvaluate the bid results, cost analysis and make the recommendation to the management.\n\nMonitor and expedite the delivery of orders\n\nEnsure that all purchasing activities are conducted in accordance with the Procurement department and company's compliance policies.\n\nAttend project meetings and provide updates.\n\nWork closely with other departments within the company and you will review contracts and do negotiations.\n\nRequirements:\nAt least 5 years of procurement experience preferably in supervisory level\n\nSpecializes in purchasing and with strong knowledge of the overall procurement process\n\nStrong negotiation skills, leadership capability and analytical skills.\n\nAssertive with high integrity\n\nGood interpersonal skills\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbout TaskUs\nTaskUs is a leading provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience to the world’s most innovative companies, helping its clients represent, protect and grow their brands.
