Join our team today and experience firsthand our dedication to supporting People First.\nTheSeniorProcess Excellence Lead is a hands-on leader responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. You will use methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for enhancement, and lead cross-functional project teams to implement effective solutions. This role is crucial for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage a portfolio of process improvement projects from ideation through to completion using DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and other continuous improvement methodologies.\n\nCollaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to gather data, analyze root causes, and develop actionable project plans.\n\nFacilitate workshops and Kaizen events to map current state processes, identify waste and inefficiencies, and design future state solutions.\n\nUtilize statistical analysis and process mapping tools (e.g., Minitab, Visio) to analyze complex datasets and provide clear, data-driven recommendations.\n\nDevelop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor process performance and track the tangible impact of improvement projects.\n\nPrepare and present regular progress reports and business cases to stakeholders and senior management.\n\nAct as a key resource and mentor for continuous improvement, training team members on Lean and Six Sigma principles (e.g., Green Belt or Yellow Belt level).\n\nChampion a culture of operational excellence by promoting a problem-solving mindset and empowering employees to identify and implement improvements in their own work areas.\n\nAssist in developing and implementing a standardized framework for process excellence across the company.\n\nDocument new and updated processes, ensuring they are clear, concise, and effectively communicated to all relevant teams.\n\nQualifications & Skills\nRequired:\n8-12+ yearsof experience in a dedicated process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation role.\n\nLean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.\n\nProven experience successfully leading multiple process improvement projects with measurable results in a complex business environment.\n\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.\n\nExcellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.\n\nHow We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
