You will lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, performance management, and operational oversight. This role serves as a bridge between the TA team and leadership, ensuring alignment on goals, process compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Team Leadership & Performance Management\nDaily Alignment: Lead daily team meetings to align on goals, priorities, and flag potential risks.\nIndividual Development: Conduct weekly 1:1s with recruiters to provide personalized feedback, address concerns, and facilitate career development.\nPerformance Reviews: Perform weekly, monthly, and yearly performance reviews, analyzing team results against goals (funnel, rejects, drops) and implementing improvement plans.\nGoal Setting: Lead the annual goal-setting process for direct reports, ensuring objectives are aligned with organizational targets.\n2. Operational Oversight & Reporting\nDaily Reporting: Oversee EOD Recruiter Reports and Americas Updates, tracking efficiencies like show rates, hires, and rejection reasons.\nData Accuracy: Validate the accuracy of PBI Dashboards and reporting, ensuring any discrepancies are corrected promptly.\nRamp Management: Set up and audit ramp plans, ensuring all information for upcoming classes is accurate and the team is ready for execution.\nBusiness Reviews: Prepare data and lead Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) to present performance updates, celebrate successes, and set focus areas for the upcoming month.\n3. Quality Assurance & Compliance\nInterview Audits: Conduct regular interview shadow audits and recording reviews to ensure process compliance, profile qualification, and a high-quality candidate experience.\nSystem Audits: Perform weekly audits of Workday Evergreen requisitions and TalkPush lead flows to ensure timely candidate contact and process integrity.\nCompliance: Participate in calibration meetings and gather evidence for PowerUs audits to ensure adherence to Global Standard Operating Procedures (GSOPs).\n4. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration\nEscalation Point of Contact: Provide timely solutions for issues related to new hires, contracts, and expectations, maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.\nStaffing Synchronization: Participate in weekly Capacity Planning and Staffing Syncs with WFM and Ops to assess risks and commit to hiring needs.\nFeedback Loops: Attend feedback syncs with Operations to receive input on hired candidates and continuously improve the selection process.\n5. Strategic Initiatives & Onboarding\nTeam Growth: Lead the onboarding and integration of new TA team members, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills.\nPilot Implementation: Support and document the implementation of new initiatives or pilot programs\nResource Monitoring: Monitor and redistribute Indeed credits and other recruitment tools to ensure optimal usage.\nEvaluation Criteria\nSuccess in this role will be measured by:\nDelivery Excellence: Meeting or exceeding fill rate progress and hiring requirements.\nProcess Compliance: Satisfactory results in interview, ramp, and system audits.\nTeam Engagement: Successful documentation of 1:1s and development interactions via internal tools (e.g., Boost).\nStakeholder Satisfaction: Effective resolution of escalations and alignment with Ops/WFM commitments.\nQualifications\nExperience managing a team and in a recruitment centered role\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive action plans.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nProficiency in recruitment systems (e.g., Workday, TalkPush, Power BI).\nDemonstrated ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.\nHow We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
