Join our team today and experience firsthand our dedication to supporting People First.\nWe are hiring for a Transport Specialist!\nResponsibilities\nManage all processes, operations and schedules of the vendor.\n\nDevelop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for fleet operations to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.\n\nDevelop and manage the fleet costs including costs of security uses, or other relevant costs etc.\n\nMonitor and analyze costs associated with the fleet, including fuel consumption, maintenance,and identify opportunities for cost savings.\n\nEnsuring that all vehicles are in good working order and meet safety and environmental standards.\n\nOversee the drivers, ensuring that they have the necessary training and are aware of company policies and procedures, and adhere to safe driving practices.\n\nMonitor vehicle usage and performance to optimize the use of resources and identify areas for improvement in cost and efficiency.\n\nEnsure compliance with all applicable insurance and legal requirements, such as vehicle registration, inspection, and insurance, and keep track of their associated costs.\n\nDevelop and maintain accurate records of fleet operations, including vehicle history, maintenance, repairs, and associated costs.\n\nCollaborate with other departments, such as Operations, Procurement, Finance and others to ensure that the fleet meets the needs of the business while staying within budget and cost targets.\n\nTrack Vehicles using functional systems (e.g. Transport software)\n\nCoordinate with Team and Vendor to ensure proper distribution of routes.\n\nShare regular updates to Egypt management on transport status and incident management.\n\nEnsure necessary steps are taken for prevention of accidents.\n\nResearch and suggest cost-effective transit methods.\n\nConduct regular safety audits on vehicles & equipment.\n\nOrganize training sessions for employees (e.g. proper use of machines, apps and handling of compliance related issues).\n\nStay up-to-date with safety regulations and local law and compliances.\n\nRequirements and skills\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience working in the fleet management field or a related industry, with a focus on fleet operations in regards to employees transportation services.\n\nGreat verbal and written communication in English.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on cost control.\n\nProficient in the use of fleet management software and other relevant technology.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively with other departments.\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\n\nBachelor's degree in any stream or related field.\n\nHow We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
