We’re looking for people who are passionate and have the desire to provide coaching interventions to bolster employee resilience, help them reach goals and/or overcome obstacles.\nResponsibilities:\nAssists the Wellness and Resiliency Manager/Sr Manager in leading the team by fulfilling assigned leadership and management tasks - coach observations, progress monitoring, data collection and reporting, to name a few\n\nUnder the guidance of the Manager/Sr Manager, supervises other coaches and is accountable for performance and goal completion of a specific group/campaign/shift\n\nLeads the team in the absence of the W&R Manager\n\nInitiates and leads specific programs, activities and projects assigned by the Manager or Director of Wellness and Resiliency\n\nDesigns and facilitates more advanced (i.e., leadership, customized) wellness sessions, outreach programs and activities that support monthly programming\n\nCollaborates with other professionals, conducts research and utilizes critical thinking skills and knowledge to address client needs\n\nProactively checks-in with teammates and invites them to individual coaching or group sessions in person, by phone, via email, or video platforms\n\nProvides individual and group coaching sessions using prescribed approach, and following the ICF Core Competencies and ICF Code of Ethics\n\nPartners in the creation and implementation of individual action plans\n\nEvaluates data and checks in with clients at specific times to help them keep track of their achievement of their set goals\n\nSchedules and conducts regular and consistent individual and group coaching sessions and is assigned more complex coaching issues by the Manager\n\nCreates and organizes confidential client files including intake and session documentation\n\nCollaborates with other professionals and utilizes critical thinking skills and knowledge to address client needs\n\nAssesses for emergency/crisis needs and ensures safety planning with the clients and proper endorsement to mental health professionals\n\nReports accurate and consistent data following designed processes and using prescribed tools\n\nAttends activities and completes all development programs and training sessions required by the department and the company\n\nPrepares monthly scorecards, business review deck and presents on business reviews for specific clients\n\nPrepares a quarterly event with other senior coaches for a coaches’ catch-up\n\nRequirements:\nGraduate of a 4-year college course in Psychology, Social Work, or similar tracks*\n\nMinimum 3 years experience in coaching or counseling\n\nMinimum 2 years experience leading a team or a project\n\nExcellent interpersonal and leadership skills\n\nHigh level of discretion and confidentiality\n\nOutstanding communication skills, with emphasis on listening skills\n\nAbove Average fluency in written and spoken English**\n\nA strong desire to help others\n\nFlexibility to work with shifting hours\n\nProficient in office software applications\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCertification in Life Coaching\n\nLicensed Psychologist, Guidance Counselor, or Psychometrician\n\nMasters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or similar tracks\n\nExperience in and general knowledge of mental health care\n\nHow We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
