and development services for Apigee Edge.\nProvide software engineering support and maintenance services for Apigee Edge cloud platform.\nDesign and develop patches, bug fixes, or features as needed for runtime.\nTriage, prioritize, and fix bugs, customer issues, and feature requests.\nPeriodically refresh the components, including third-party components and libraries used in the platform.\nPerform day-to-day operations and maintenance of data components such as Cassandra, Zookeeper, Consul, and PostgreSQL.\nPlan and execute periodic upgrades and updates of data components to maintain platform freshness.\nProvide engineering L2 support for data components of Edge.\nTroubleshoot services (performed in conjunction with the Google Global Support Center team) to identify and fix Edge cloud customer issues.\nRespond to product-related queries from internal Google teams.\nWork toward reducing technical debt.\nManage and perform cloud product releases.\nUpgrade and update components of the platform according to the release cadence.\nWork with the release and provisioning team to deploy updates to the cloud.\nManage development, support, and operations for Monetization.\nPerform knowledge transfer and basic upgrades for auxiliary components such as Edge Microgateway and Extensions.\nApigee OPDK Services\nProvide software engineering support and maintenance services for Apigee Edge OPDK.\nTroubleshooting Services (performed in conjunction with the Google Global Support Center team) to identify and fix Edge OPDK customer issues.\nProvide answers to product-related questions.\nTriage, prioritize and fix bugs/customers issues/feature requests.\nDesign and develop patches, bug fixes or features as needed.\nWork towards reducing technical debt.\nBuild required tools and services.\nProvide DB tuning support for PG SQL.\nManage and perform OPDK product releases.\nDevelopment, support and ops for the Monetization platform\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.\nStrong experience with Apigee Edge and API Gateway management.\nProficiency in RESTful API design, Node.js, and JavaScript.\nKnowledge of API security protocols and access control mechanisms.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven.\nExperience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred).\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAmenable to daily in-office set up in BGC, Taguig\nPreferred Qualifications:\nApigee certification or Google Cloud API Management specialization.\nExperience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\nUnderstanding of microservices architecture and service
