Collection Strategy and Analytics - Analyst (BGC, Taguig) | Onsite

The Collection Strategy and Analytics Analyst will support the Collections organization through data-driven strategy development, performance analysis, testing, and optimization.

The role will work closely with Collections Operations to identify opportunities, evaluate collection strategies, and provide actionable insights that can improve recovery and overall Collections performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required

• At least 2 years of experience in: Collections, Risk Management, Collections Analytics, Business/Data Analytics or a related analytical role
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistical tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and accountability.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and able to accommodate changing business requirements.

Technical Requirements

Experience with one or more of the following:

• SQL - required
• Python
• Statistical/data-analysis tools

Key Responsibilities

A. Performance Monitoring & Insights

• Monitor key Collections performance indicators.
• Analyze performance trends and identify areas requiring attention.
• Present findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to management during regular weekly meetings.
• Develop analytical reports and support management decision-making through data-driven insights.

B. Strategy & Operations

• Work closely with the local Collections Operations team to ensure alignment between collection strategy and operational execution.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust collection strategies using data-driven decision-making and feedback loops.
• Identify opportunities to improve Collections performance and recovery.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of new collection initiatives.

C. A/B Testing & Optimization

• Continuously implement A/B testing for different collection strategies.
• Analyze test results and determine which approaches are most effective.
• Recommend strategy adjustments based on results.
• Monitor the impact of implemented strategies and optimize collection approaches over time.

D. New Products & Process Changes

• Participate in new product and program launches.
• Support process-change implementation from a Collections strategy perspective.
• Assess potential operational and performance impacts of new programs or changes.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
