This position will serve as the primary IT resource for local users, resolving technical issues, deploying equipment, supporting Microsoft 365, and assisting with cybersecurity controls, user awareness, and compliance activities.\nThe ideal candidate enjoys helping people solve technology challenges while maintaining a strong focus on security, system reliability, and continuous improvement.\nThis role sits on site in Greensboro, NC.\nResponsibilities\nIT Help Desk & User Support\nServe as the primary point of contact for employee IT support requests.\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, network, and access-related issues.\nConfigure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.\nSupport Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.\nCreate, modify, and disable user accounts and permissions.\nInstall software and perform operating system updates.\nSupport conference room technology and virtual meeting platforms.\nMaintain IT inventory, asset records, and documentation.\nEscalate complex technical issues to corporate IT or outside vendors when appropriate.\nProvide outstanding customer service and timely resolution of support requests.\nCybersecurity & Compliance Support\nAssist with implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity policies and procedures.\nSupport CMMC, NIST 800-171, and ITAR-related compliance initiatives.\nMonitor security alerts and assist with incident response activities.\nSupport endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication, and user access controls.\nParticipate in vulnerability management and remediation efforts.\nConduct employee cybersecurity awareness training and communications.\nAssist with cybersecurity audits, assessments, and documentation.\nHelp maintain secure system configurations and best practices across the site.\nPartner with corporate IT to support security projects and initiatives.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field preferred. \n2-5 years of IT support, help desk, systems administration, or cybersecurity experience. \nExperience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments. \nKnowledge of cybersecurity practices and frameworks (NIST SP 800-171, NIST CSF), threat assessment / detection, incident response, and risk mitigation strategies.\nExperience with Active Directory, user account management, and endpoint support. \nDatabase administration and reporting with SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services.\nStrong troubleshooting and customer service skills. \nAbility to communicate effectively with employees across all levels of the organization.\nBenefits\nTAT Technologies is dedicated to providing an inclusive, fun, and unique workplace.
