restore the services.\nPrepare detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for major incidents and P1 outages.\nIdentify and implement permanent corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring issues.\nCoordinate with Network, Firewall, Storage, Database, Cloud and Application teams to resolve complex infrastructure issues.\nMinimum Qualifications & Experience\nGraduate with 5-10 years of experience\nOther Knowledge & Skills\nGood knowledge on implementation, installation, integration troubleshooting and overall functionalities\nExperience in troubleshooting platform related issues, data backup, restoration, retention\nMaintains awareness of latest technologies in the domain\nKnowledge or hands-on experience in Middleware technologies will be an added advantage.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide L3-level administration and support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Ubuntu servers across production and non-production environments.\nTroubleshoot OS-level issues involving CPU, memory, disk, filesystems, networking, processes, services, boot issues and system performance.\nPerform Linux server patching, upgrades and maintenance activities.\nManage Linux users, groups, permissions, SUDO access, SSH, services, filesystems, LVM and scheduled jobs.\nAnalyze system logs, kernel messages, application logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve root causes.\nSupport VAPT remediation activities\nWork with OEM teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to physical HP and Dell servers.\nSupport Oracle ExaCC patching, maintenance activities, upgrades and planned changes in coordination with Oracle and internal teams.\nCoordinate with Oracle Support for ExaCC incidents and ensure timely resolution.\nAutomate repetitive operational
