Responsibilities: Handle daily operational tasks, first-line troubleshooting, and ensure\nsystems are running as expected.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsure backup jobs (configurations, logs, rule sets) are completed successfully.\n\nAssist in asset inventory management and ensure tagging/labeling is up to date.\n\nCreate and track tickets on ITSM (Service Requests, Incidents, etc.). \nConduct routine health checks, log reviews, and apply standard SOPs. \nEscalate unresolved or complex issues to L3. \nApply approved configuration changes and patch updates under L3 and SMEs guidance.\n\nMaintain daily operational reports and incident records. \nCoordinate with IOCL IT teams for basic integrations and service availability. \nIntegrate PAM with directory services (LDAP/AD) and define privilege policies.\n\nProvide user support for VPN, proxy access, or authentication-related issues. \nExecute VA scans under defined schedules and report
