API-led integration, event-driven architecture, and microservices-based ecosystems\nEnsure alignment with BaNCS Integration Workbench / API frameworks\nOversee external system integrations: Channels, Core Banking, SWIFT gateways, Clearing systems\nMust Have\nMinimum 2–3 full lifecycle BaNCS implementation experience (Payments)\nDeep expertise in \nBaNCS architecture & framework\nIntegration patterns (MQ, APIs,ISO messaging)\nReal-time payments & clearing systems\nProven experience managing: \nTier-1 bank implementations\nMulti-country / multi-entity rollouts\nStrong exposure to: \nBaNCS SI / Integration Workbench / API frameworks\n\nGood to have\nRegulatory programs (CBPR+, ISO migrations)\nHigh-volume transaction processing environments\nNon-functional requirements (Performance, Security, Scalability)\nSkills\nRTGS, Direct payments, Electronic Fund Transfer, rollout plan, Payment Processing, Timely Payments, Interfaces, Systems Compliance, ISO 20022, Event-Driven Architecture
