document business requirements for data,\nreporting, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. \nTranslate business\nobjectives into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and data\nspecifications.\nCollaborate with\nbusiness stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define\ndata-driven solutions.\nPerform data\nanalysis to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and actionable insights.\nSupport enterprise\ndata strategy initiatives, including data governance, data quality, and data\nmodernization programs.\nFacilitate\nrequirements workshops, stakeholder discussions, and cross-functional alignment\nmeetings\n.\nDevelop and manage\nproduct backlogs, prioritize requirements, and support Agile delivery teams.\nPartner with data\nengineering teams on ETL processes, data models, and reporting solutions.\nDefine KPIs, success\nmetrics, and reporting frameworks for business performance monitoring.\nSupport data quality\nmonitoring, validation, and technology\nsolutions.\nRequired\nQualifications\nyears of experience as a Business Analyst,\nData Analyst, Product Owner, or related role.\nStrong understanding\nof data warehousing, ETL processes, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.\nExperience gathering\nand documenting business and functional requirements.\nStrong understanding\nof Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.\nProven ability to\nwork with business stakeholders and technical teams across multiple functions.\nExperience defining\nKPIs, business metrics, dashboards, and reporting requirements.\nExcellent communication,\nfacilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical\nand problem-solving
