The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing data solutions, performing data validation, supporting ETL processes, and delivering actionable insights through reporting and analytics. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data engineers, and development teams to ensure high-quality data management and reporting solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.\nGather, understand, and document data requirements from business stakeholders.\nDevelop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation scripts.\nWork with Enterprise Data Hub (EDH) platforms to integrate, manage, and maintain enterprise data assets.\nDesign, develop, and support ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).\nPerform data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality analysis.\nCreate dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Business Intelligence tools.\nIdentify trends, patterns, and business insights through data analysis.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards.\nTroubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions.\nSupport data migration, data warehousing, and reporting initiatives.\nDocument data mappings, transformation logic, workflows, and technical specifications.\nParticipate in testing activities including unit testing, system testing, UAT support, and production validation.\nEnsure compliance with organizational data security and data governance policies.\nRequired Skills\nStrong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, CTEs, stored procedures, performance tuning).\nHands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica IICS.\nExperience working with Enterprise Data Hub (EDH) environments.\nStrong understanding of Data Warehousing, ETL concepts, and data modeling.\nExperience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as:\nPower BI\nTableau\nCognos\nBusinessObjects\nSSRS\nKnowledge of relational databases such as:\nOracle\nSQL Server\nPostgreSQL\nTeradata\nUnderstanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.\nFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.\nSalary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year\nTCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
