The ideal\ncandidate will be responsible for end-to-end data delivery, platform stability,\nand managing multiple data engineering pods while ensuring alignment with\nbusiness and investment management objectives.\nKey\nResponsibilities\nOwn end-to-end data platform delivery, operational excellence, and SLA\nadherence.\nDrive scalable data pipeline development, data quality, and platform\nreliability.\nManage cross-functional dependencies, stakeholder communication, and issue\nescalations.\nEnsure high availability, monitoring, alerting, and production support\nreadiness.\nCollaborate with business, portfolio management, and technology leadership\nteams.\nDefine and implement best practices for platform governance, operational readiness,\nand performance optimization.\nRequired\nSkills\nStrong experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and performance tuning.\nExpertise in Apache Airflow/Astronomer for workflow orchestration and DAG\ndesign.\nDeep understanding of Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, and large-scale data\nplatforms.\nExperience with CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation.\nStrong platform management, monitoring, and incident management experience.\nExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred\nDomain Experience\nAsset Man agement\nInvestment Management\nCapital Markets\nPortfolio & Market Data Platforms\nThank you for your\ninterest in TCS.
