Troubleshoot\nand resolve application issues, defects, and incidents .Support system\nintegrations, enhancements, and production releases. Collaborate with business,\nQA, and infrastructure teams to deliver solutions. Participate in Agile\nceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
