Many of these relationships have endured into decades and navigated every technology cycle, from mainframes in the 1970s to artificial intelligence today.\nSkills and Responsibilities:\nRole Summary\nSupport the upgrade and enhancement of Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) platforms by coordinating business readiness, requirements validation, testing activities, stakeholder engagement, and production readiness across business and technology teams.\nRequired Experience\nExperience with ETRM platforms such as Allegro, Endur, Triple Point, or similar.\nExperience supporting ETRM implementation or upgrade projects.\nStrong understanding of energy trading and risk management processes, preferably in power and gas markets.\nExperience with requirements validation, impact assessment, and business process documentation.\nAbility to coordinate across business, IT, QA, vendors, and project teams.\nExperience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar test and defect management tools.\nExperience delivering large-scale energy, utilities, or commodity trading projects.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport upgrade planning, requirements validation, and business readiness activities.\nCoordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nManage defects, test results, and issue resolution activities with business and QA teams.\nCoordinate business approvals for testing, requirements, and production readiness.\nAssess and document functional and process impacts resulting from system upgrades.\nUpdate process documentation, procedures, training materials, and related artifacts.\nSupport cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities.\nTrack risks, issues, dependencies, and action items across stakeholders.\nSalary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year\nTCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
