Cross-functional leadership, dependency management, architecture governance, and regulatory reporting alignment.\nThe Senior Architect will provide end-to-end architecture leadership for new legal entity onboarding across the Finance and Risk technology landscape.\nThe role will work across Finance, Risk, Lines of Business and technology teams to identify the end-to-end impact of each legal entity change, define the required architecture, coordinate cross-application dependencies and ensure solutions are implemented consistently across impacted systems\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end architecture for new legal entity onboarding and restructuring initiatives across Finance and Risk.\nAssess impacts across Finance and Risk applications, dataflows, integrations, reporting and controls frameworks.\nIdentify all impacted applications and technology capabilities required to support each new legal entity.\nDefine current-state, transition and target-state architecture for legal entity changes.\nCoordinate across Finance, Risk, Lines of Business and enterprise technology teams.\nIdentify cross-application dependencies, architecture gaps and implementation risks early in the onboarding lifecycle.\nEnsure appropriate representation of legal entities across financial and regulatory reporting processes and supporting technology.\nDefine integration and data-flow requirements across impacted appli cations.\nEnsure solutions align with enterprise architecture, data, security and production readiness activities.\nSupport architecture governance and drive resolution of cross-domain architecture decisions.\nTata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
