With a highly skilled workforce supporting customers from coast to coast, TCS has consistently been recognized as a Top Employer by the Top Employers Institute, including a recent top ranking at the country level.\nTCS also sponsors 14 of the world's most prestigious marathons and endurance events, including the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon, reflecting its commitment to health, sustainability, and community empowerment.\nIAM Analyst - SOD\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and validate Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, policies, conflict matrices, violations, and remediation activities.\nGather and analyze RBAC requirements, including business and IT roles, entitlement mapping, role hierarchy, and access models.\nValidate role and entitlement assignments and assess their impact on SoD controls.\nPerform SailPoint application and connector onboarding, including aggregation, correlation, account management, and entitlement verification.\nDevelop and maintain SailPoint rules, workflows, configurations, and custom scripts.\nExecute Functional, Integration, Regression, RBAC, and SoD testing.\nValidate source-to-SailPoint data and perform account and entitlement reconciliation.\nAnalyze SoD violations and support remediation and exception management activities.\nPrepare SoD, RBAC, QA, application onboarding, and management reports.\nCollaborate with IAM developers, application teams, business owners, and compliance stakeholders.\nRequired Skills\nStrong hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ (IdentityIQ) and/or SailPoint ISC (Identity Security Cloud).\nIdentity Governance & Administration (IGA).\nSegregation of Duties (SoD).\nRole-Based Access Control (RBAC).\nApplication Connector Onboarding.\nSailPoint Rules, Workflows, and Configurations.\nJava / BeanShell Development.\nSQL.\nQA and Testing.\nAccount and Entitlement Reconciliation.\nIAM Reporting and Analytics.\nJIRA.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nTata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
